Shipping Information
Processing begins once your order is successfully submitted, and it may take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that this time can extend during peak sale periods. We’ll do our best to minimize delays!
FHENY is happy to ship orders worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order’s tracking information. Please use the tracking link to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Rates and Times
We offer shipping with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We use the delivery provider that can most promptly deliver your package.

Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to delays like traffic, weather, or payment processing. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. A phone number is required for the shipping address for carrier contact if needed.
If an incorrect address is provided, FHENY will attempt to retrieve the package but is not responsible if unsuccessful. Once an order is placed, the shipping address can’t be changed.
Signatures may be required unless you’ve authorized delivery without one. Verbal confirmation from the recipient may serve as proof of delivery. Missed delivery notices must be acted on promptly to avoid returns.
FHENY isn’t liable for lost packages delivered without signature or acknowledgement under existing carrier agreements. FHENY may refuse or cancel shipments to customers with prior loss claims, with full refunds if payment was processed.
Taxes and Duties
Canada
Orders placed within Canada are charged federal and provincial sales taxes. These rates depend on which province or territory being shipped to. Since FHENY is an Ottawa-based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery.
United States
By placing an order with us, you confirm that the sale takes place outside the United States and that you are importing the items for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and ensure that your order complies with all applicable customs requirements.
To streamline this process, you authorize FHENY to appoint a designated carrier or customs broker, where applicable, as your unpaid agent for customs matters by granting a power of attorney for a single non-commercial shipment. Your order acts as your electronic signature, indicating agreement to the terms required by US Customs and Border Protection:
“The designated carrier/customs broker is hereby authorized to execute, as an unpaid agent who has knowledge of the facts, pursuant to the provisions of section 485(f), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, the consignee’s and owner’s declarations provided for in section 485 (a) and (d), Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and to enter on my behalf or for my account the goods described in the attached invoice which contains a true and complete statement of the facts concerning the shipment.”
By authorizing, you allow the carrier or customs broker to file a customs entry on your behalf for any order exceeding $2,500 or requiring formal entry.
International
If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in your final checkout price, and your order will ship as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no additional fees will be required upon delivery.
If duties and taxes are not included at checkout, your order will ship as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). In this case, you may be required to pay duties, fees, and import taxes determined by your local customs authority. These charges must be paid to receive your shipment.
