Are the items sold by FHENY authorized?

Yes, everything we sell is authentic and authorized. We work directly with brands and their authorized distributors.

 

When will I receive my order?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. This serves as your invoice. Our standard order processing time is up to two business days, but during peak periods, processing may take longer.

 

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking details to help you monitor your delivery’s progress.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges require the original or gift receipt. Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and sale items within 14 days, if unused, with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible.

Are duties and taxes included?

 

  • Canada — Orders are subject to federal and provincial sales taxes based on the destination province or territory. Since FHENY is based in Ottawa, Canadian orders are not subject to duties.
  • United States — By ordering, you agree that the sale occurs outside the U.S. and you are the importer for customs purposes. You authorize FHENY to appoint a customs broker to handle the shipment on your behalf, including filing necessary customs documentation for orders over $2,500.
  • International — Duties and taxes may be included in your checkout price if shipping as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). If not, your order will ship as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), and you may be required to pay additional fees and taxes upon delivery. Contact your local customs office for more details.
