Return Information
FHENY Return Policy
FHENY offers free return shipping to customers located in Canada and the United States using a prepaid . Customers returning orders from other countries are responsible for shipping costs incurred with the return.
To return or exchange one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be completed within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
FHENY reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the stated return policy. Non-compliant items will be sent to the original shipping address without a refund. To avoid this, please contact our team with any concerns about the item(s) you wish to return.
When requesting a return, please retain the return postage receipt until your refund has been processed. FHENY reserves the right to decline return requests without proof of return postage.
Return/Exchange Requirements
Footwear: Please wear clean socks when trying on footwear for the first time and test them on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the soles. The dust bag and/or shoe box must be returned in their original condition along with the footwear. To protect the shoe box during transit, place it inside a shipping box.
Intimate apparel and swimwear: Must be unworn and have the original hygienic protection sticker intact to be eligible for return. This includes lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, and similar items.
Apparel: All original tags must remain attached to the garment(s). Please take care to avoid transferring deodorant, makeup, or perfume, and be cautious of jewellery that could catch or damage the fabric.
Damaged/defective items: If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please contact our team for assistance in resolving the issue.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges require the original receipt or gift receipt.
Regular-priced items in their original, unused condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items in the same condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns can be mailed back or made in-store. To initiate a mail return, please contact our team at info@fheny.com. We will assist you with the return process.
Return shipping labels must be clearly attached to the outside of the shipping box. For shoe returns, place the shoe box inside a separate shipping box. Refunds will be processed only after FHENY receives the merchandise in compliance with our Return Policy.
Once your return is received and confirmed to meet our Online Return Policy, FHENY will refund the cost of the merchandise, including applicable taxes, to your original payment method(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
FHENY is not responsible for returns that fail to meet the return requirements. Non-compliant items will be sent back to the original shipping address. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded, and any additional shipping costs will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
